• Only ticket price and taxes refunded; fees are non-refundable
• User must attempt resolution with support team
• Refunds will not be granted under any circumstances after the first 7 days from original purchase date
• No refunds if product doesn't meet expectations
• Beta software, third-party plugins, or third-party customizations don't qualify
• Membership renewals are non-refundable

By purchasing plugin(s) and/or applications from our site, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions.

The service is constantly updated but may experience delays. Information may contain errors. We cannot guarantee accuracy and reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.

Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions. Promotion-specific rules take precedence.

Users are responsible for posted content legality. By posting, users grant EventMania a license to use, modify, perform, display, and distribute. Users retain all rights. EventMania has the right to monitor and edit. Users cannot distribute, modify, or reuse EventMania's proprietary content without express advance written permission.

Users must be 18+ with accurate information. Users are responsible for password confidentiality. Usernames cannot use others' names, be trademarked, or be offensive. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

The company respects intellectual property rights. Claims should be submitted to info@eventmania.com with subject line "Copyright Infringement." You may be held accountable for damages for misrepresentation or bad-faith claims.

DMCA notifications must provide:

• Electronic or physical signature of the authorized person
• Description of copyrighted work
• Identification of infringing material location
• Contact information
• Statement of good faith belief
• Statement under penalty of perjury

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Event Mania and its licensors.

Users may use EventMania® to truthfully describe products, report news, or link to the site. Other uses require written permission. We do not allow the use of Event Mania® in advertising.

EventMania is not responsible for third-party websites or services. Users should review third-party terms and privacy policies.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including breach of Terms. Users may terminate by discontinuing use.

Users agree to indemnify EventMania from claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from service use, terms breaches, or posted content.

In no event shall Event Mania be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties.

Some jurisdictions prohibit warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so restrictions may not apply universally.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

EventMania reserves the right to modify terms. Material changes receive 15 days' notice. Continued use means agreement to new terms.
